How to Request Deletion of Your Data

1. Methods to Submit a Data Deletion Request You can request deletion of your account and associated data through the following channels:

A. Within the App Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy Center. Select "Request Data Deletion". Follow the instructions to verify your identity (e.g., email/SMS confirmation).

2. What Data Will Be Deleted? Upon confirmation, we will permanently remove: Account information: Username, email, phone number, profile photo User-generated content: Uploaded videos, comments, likes, followers/following lists Behavioral data: Watch history, search history, device identifiers

3. Exceptions & Retention Policies We may retain certain data for legal or operational purposes: Financial records: Transaction history (required by tax laws). Moderation logs: Records of content violations (e.g., harassment, illegal activities). Backup systems: Encrypted backups deleted within 90 days.

4. Processing Timeline Standard requests: Completed within 30 days. Complex requests (e.g., large volumes of UGC): Up to 45 days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing If your data was shared with: Analytics partners (e.g., Google Analytics) Advertising networks (e.g., Meta Ads) We will notify them to delete your data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights Withdraw consent: Stop data processing without deleting your account. Download data: Request a copy of your data via Data Access Request. Within 24 hours: Account marked as "deactivated". After 30 days: All metadata (e.g., engagement metrics) purged from databases.
