Before logging in, accessing, or utilizing the LitePlay products and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "LitePlay") provided by this platform and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), please read the User Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") carefully. Particular attention should be paid to sections that may limit our liability or pertain to your significant rights. If you do not agree with our Terms, you may not use the Service. Your use and/or continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of all Terms of the Service.
You affirm that you are an adult and possess full legal capacity. If you are a minor or lack full legal capacity, you will not be permitted to register, log in, or use the Service. These Terms encompass the following terms and conditions, the agreements explicitly contained herein, and all rules that we may announce in the future. All these rules are considered an integral part of the Terms and have the same legal effect. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your use of the Services signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding contract between you and us.

Any dispute between you and LitePlay shall be governed by the latest Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services.
Account
To use the Service, you must create an account approved by us and log in. If you access the Service through a third-party account approved by us, you must ensure the reliability, authenticity, and availability of the account. If you are unable to log in to LitePlay due to a third-party account issue (such as the account being suspended), please contact the company that owns the account. Your account number will be the sole reference for us to verify your identity.
You should bind your account using your Email Account (one Email Account can only register one account). Please register your account with an Email Account that has not been linked to your LitePlay account and has not been suspended by us. The method of account registration and binding may change according to user or product needs, and you agree to comply with such changes that meet local laws and regulations. You agree that we will use the mobile phone number you provide and/or the mobile phone number and mobile device identification code we automatically extract when you register.
You can decide whether to authorize us to disclose and use your location information when registering. If you grant us such permission, we will provide you with more personalized services based on your location. If you do not grant us such permission, you will still be able to use the basic functions and services we provide, though it may affect related services based on location information.
When you register, log in, or use LitePlay, we need to collect personal information from you that can identify you, so that we can contact you or provide you with a better user experience when necessary. You agree to provide true, detailed, and accurate personal data ("Personal Data") with your consent. Personal Data may include, but is not limited to, username, gender, age, date of birth, identification number, address, occupation and industry, height, weight, income, interests, personal data, and other information you register/update. You agree to promptly update any changes to your personal information. If the personal information you provide is inaccurate, false, or contains illegal/objectionable information, we may reject your registration application and terminate your use of the Service.
Prohibited Actions and Account Security
You agree not to:
Use any false information to register a LitePlay account.
Register a LitePlay account in another person's name without relevant permission.
Register multiple LitePlay accounts excessively.
Maintain more than one LitePlay account simultaneously.
If you use false information to fraudulently register an account or your account profile contains illegal or harmful content, we reserve the right to notify you to correct the issue or suspend the use of your account within a specified period. We also retain the right to cancel any account registered in another person's name or in bad faith and to report it to the appropriate government authorities.
You acknowledge that you are fully competent and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms of Service in accordance with the laws and policies of your country. You bear full responsibility for your use of our services. If you lack the necessary legal capacity, it is recommended that you read these Terms of Service accompanied by your guardian. You may not use the Services unless your guardian agrees with your use of the Services and these Terms of Service. Should you be liable under applicable law or these Terms of Service, we reserve the right of recourse to your guardian.
The username, nickname, icon, and other account information you provide shall not violate laws, regulations, national interests, public order, or social morality. Any illegal or harmful information is strictly prohibited. You further guarantee that the account information you provide shall not contain:
Violations of the Constitution or other laws and regulations.
Endangerment of national security, state secrets, state power, and/or national unity.
Damage to national honor, interests, or social public interests.
Incitement of ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermining of ethnic unity.
Violations of state religious policies or propagation of cults or superstitions.
Spreading of rumors, disturbance of social order, or stability.
Spreading of pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting of crime.
Insulting or slandering others or harming the legitimate rights and interests of others.
Any other prohibited aspects by laws and regulations.
If your account information contains illegal or harmful content, we reserve the right to notify you to correct the issue or suspend the use of your account within a specified period. Should you impersonate any entity or celebrity, we have the right to disable the account and report it to the appropriate government authorities.
You must keep your account and password secure and are solely responsible for any damages caused by you, us, or any third party. You agree to be solely responsible for all activities and events that occur under your account. You may change your account password at any time. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect that your account is being used unlawfully or that there is an error.
Service Guidelines
You agree not to misuse the Services and warrant that your use will be within the bounds of laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall bear full responsibility for any harmful, illegal, or infringing acts, and fully indemnify us or any third party for any resulting losses.
You agree to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and local ethical and cultural customs in your jurisdiction during the use of the service. Should your actions cause us to violate laws and regulations or involve us in political or public events, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service.
In any event, you agree not to:
Use the Services for any illegal activity.
Use the Services for any activity likely to be harmful to minors.
Send spam, junk emails, or assist others in sending spam or junk emails from your account.
Display any inappropriate text, audio, or video content (such as pornography, violence, vulgarity, terror, or content violating laws, social morality, or cultural customs).
Engage in false or misleading activities (such as soliciting cash by fabricating false reasons or impersonating another person).
Perform any act detrimental to the Services or others (such as distributing viruses, stalking, discriminating, posting hate speech, or promoting violence against others).
Infringe upon others' rights (such as uploading, storing, or posting content that is the intellectual property of unauthorized third parties) or infringe upon others' privacy (such as secretly photographing others).
Use the Services in any way that may interfere with, impair, affect, or limit the proper use of the Services by other users or in any way that may cause damage or excessive use of the Services.
Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitation messages, promotional materials, spam, junk emails, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or conceal the identity of the sender for the purpose of sending spam or commercial emails.
Obtain or collect email addresses, phone numbers, IM numbers, and other information from other users without their consent.
Use any automated means to access our services or collect data.
Reverse engineer or obtain the source code of the Service, circumvent measures to prevent or restrict access, use unauthorized accounts, impersonate others, or misrepresent your affiliation. Attempt to bypass content filtering technology, access services or areas you are not permitted to, or promote products or services outside of LitePlay.
You agree not to use the Services for commercial purposes without our affirmative consent. If you wish to use the Services for commercial purposes, please provide us with written notice and obtain official authorization. You agree to be responsible for your actions during the use of the Service, including compensating the infringed party and indemnifying us for any resulting administrative penalties or infringement damages.
For any violations of the above provisions, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to some or all of the Services, freeze or cancel your account, and/or delete your user content. We may, at the request of the competent authorities, provide necessary information you submit or store on the LitePlay server. If suspected of infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, we may provide necessary information to the relevant right holder.
Any devices (such as PCs, mobile phones, and internet-connected devices) and related costs (such as phone bills, internet connection fees, or mobile network fees) are borne by you.
We may publish commercial advertisements and other commercial information in various ways while providing the Services. You agree to receive such information via emails, private messages, or other means. Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Terms, all new products, features, and services introduced by LitePlay shall be governed by these Terms.
Ownership and Exercise of Rights
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights related to LitePlay, are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no license or other rights to the intellectual property are granted to you. You agree not to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of our licensors. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property rights is a violation of these Terms and may also violate applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes.
The Service and all content displayed on LitePlay (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, marks, applications, source code, programming interfaces, web pages, text, images, audio, video, graphics) are owned by LitePlay or other rights holders. Unless otherwise agreed, you agree not to use, modify, copy, distribute, change, transmit, or publish the above content without our written consent. Any unauthorized use will make you liable for indemnifying us or other rights holders for all losses caused.

Your communication must include the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the work(s) allegedly infringed.
Identification of the works or materials being infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which you may be contacted.

General Terms
Force Majeure: We do not assume any responsibility for any damage or loss caused by force majeure. For the purposes of this Agreement, force majeure includes but is not limited to changes in laws and regulations or government orders, specific causes due to the characteristics of internet services, such as failures attributable to domestic and/or foreign basic telecommunications operators, computer or internet-related technical defects, internet coverage restrictions, computer viruses, hacker attacks, and other unforeseen, unavoidable, and insurmountable situations to the extent permitted by laws and regulations.
Changes
As LitePlay and user experiences are constantly evolving, we may from time to time add, change, or remove features from Services ("Updated Terms"), including changes related to whether a feature or Service is free of charge, to address security threats, or due to legal or regulatory changes that impact these Terms, and other business-related needs. We will not reduce your rights under any updates to the Terms without your explicit consent.
You agree that we may take such actions at any time in our sole discretion. For changes to the Terms or to the Services that we need to make to meet security, safety, legal, or regulatory requirements, we may not be able to notify you in advance. Where we consider that any changes to any content or features accessible within Services are reasonably material, we will (where reasonably practicable) notify you via inbox message or by posting the changes on our website. Any changes to this Agreement will become effective immediately upon posting by us, unless specified otherwise.
As you are not allowed to use the Services if you do not agree to follow these Terms, if you continue to access or use the Services after we have posted the Updated Terms, we will consider that you have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Updated Terms. If you do not agree to the Updated Terms, you must stop accessing or using the Services and close your account (if applicable).
Disclaimer
LitePlay makes no guarantee that your use of the Services, and all other features or functionalities associated with the Services, will be available, uninterrupted, interference-free, or error-free, or be free from any viruses, worms, or other security intrusions. You understand and agree that you use the Services, and access, download, or otherwise obtain materials or content through our Services and any associated services, at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your property (including your computer system or mobile device used in connection with our Services) or the loss of data that results from the use of the Service or the download or use of that material or content.
LitePlay does not guarantee the availability, delivery, performance, pricing, or punctuality of any content or other intellectual property appearing in our Services.
You understand and agree that LitePlay is not liable for any failure of performance due to any cause beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, terrorism, weather disturbances, national emergencies, riots, wars, labor difficulties, supplier failures, shortages, breaches, action or request by any government, or suspension of existing service in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING AND TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THE SERVICE OR USER CONTENT WILL BE VIEWABLE TO YOU; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY LitePlay CONTENT OR USER CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) THAT ANY CONTENT YOU SUBMIT WILL BE ACCESSIBLE ON OUR SERVICES. USE OF OUR SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHILE USING THE SERVICES.
YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL LitePlay BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, CLAIM, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. LitePlay SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LEGAL FEES AND COURT COSTS) IN ANY WAY DUE TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, OR ANY INFORMATION AND CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN; (II) YOUR PARTICIPATION OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION AND CONTENT ACCESSED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES; (III) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES AND/OR ANY INFORMATION AND CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY OF THE FOREGOING IS DETERMINED TO CONSTITUTE A FUNDAMENTAL BREACH OR FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
TO THE EXTENT THIS LIMITATION ON LIABILITY IS PROHIBITED, LitePlay'S SOLE OBLIGATION TO YOU FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO US$1.00 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY).
Notices
Our communications related to the Services will be sent electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by sending inbox messages. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without considering the principle of conflict of laws. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of each country, the provisions of the national law shall prevail. In such cases, the relevant content shall be modified or reinterpreted in accordance with the provisions of the law, and the validity of the rest of these Terms shall remain unchanged. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC") for arbitration in accordance with its rules in force at the time. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
These Terms are effective as of the date of posting and constitute the entire agreement between you and LitePlay.
Our failure to exercise, delay in exercising, or partial exercise of our rights under the law and the Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights, nor shall it prejudice our future exercise of such rights.
